You are given an “estimated quote” and if the broker can make enough on your dispatch and they estimated “correctly” your auto will be picked up and everyone is happy.  In this instance the quote is high, (ie $950.00 Ft Lauderdale to Los Angeles, trucker cost $610.00 and the broker makes a profit of $340.00 and you pay $950.00!

You are given an “estimated quote” that was too low and now the auto doesn’t get picked up and the trucker got in a wreck, had the flu etc., and through your frustration you agree to pay more than originally told. (ie $690.00 Ft Lauderdale to Los Angeles, now becomes the truck  $610.00 and then they increase the price you pay to get picked up to $900.00 ++)!

The Way We Operate

We obtain the best possible truck cost and charge you a flat consulting fee of $150.00 to a maximum of $200.00 depending upon route and mileage.  And in almost every instance we save you money on your shipping costs.

In the Ft Lauderdale to Los Angeles Example:

Truck Cost                 $610.00

Our Flat Fee                 150.00

TOTAL                         $760.00

YOU SAVE $190.00

How We Determine Auto Shipment Costs.

In the following scenario you would be posted at $580.00 and our flat fee of $150.00 = $730.00 saved you $220.00 from the initial bid of $950.00.

The following are actual trucking costs without any fees added.  These are 3 examples of screen shots taken of prices for trucks going from Florida to California.  In conjunction with  our software we will set a minimum price at 5-8% below the the mid-range price of $610.00 or $30.00 less and post our clients auto shipment for $580.00.  In this example the 690.00 will be dispatched first and the $610.00 second our Clinets Auto third and the 530.00 last.  If in the event that your auto is not being called to our dispatch from the transport companies in the desired time frame we can add $25-50.00 to the posting to assure pick up.  This allows us to get the most beneficial price for our clients.  In addition, we call the trucking companies that match the routes for our customers thereby taking a proactive approach.  We actively call to get your auto placed and dispatched. 

We price as low as possible for our clients but high enough to have a truck want to pick up the vehicle.

1.  We do not collect a deposit from you until your car is actually dispatched by a reputable carrier.

2.  We do, however, take your credit card information before we begin to research and locate you a reputable carrier.  We do this because it is very common for customers to "double book" with multiple brokers thinking this will give them a better chance  getting their vehicle dispatched.

In fact, all brokers are using the same resources to find a carrier for your vehicle.  So when a car is "double booked" it only delays the whole process and confuses the carriers who are searching for their next vehicle to pick up on their route.

3.  The deposit is $150-$200.00 depending upon route and mileage. 

Once we place your auto for transport on the national dispatch system we then authorize your card (similar to a hold on a hotel reservation) to ensure that funds will be available by the time your car has been picked up.   The card is not charged at this time although you will see a "hold" placed on your funds in your account.

4.  After we have mutually agreed on a auto carrier we then charge the funds that we previously authorized.  At this point the deposit is transferred from your account into ours.

5. You pay the driver the balance of the transport fee CASH or MONEY ORDER on delivery (C.O.D.).
